I am proud to say that Dr. Rissy’s Writing and Marketing is responsible for managing a great number of social media accounts. Many of our clients come to us asking for social media advice, since they have seen the great job that we have done with Dr. Rissy’s accounts. We hold ourselves to a very high standard, seeing as how you have to be present online in order for others to find you and see what you are capable of.

But how do we hold ourselves to these high standards when we have too many people asking for the same service?

I must say that organization is key to addressing that potential issue. Not only does it apply with social media services, but it also applies to every other service my company offers. As you might have seen, I am a person who is very concerned with effective organization. I make sure that everything is done in a specific way and that every task has a due date.

With that said, let’s discuss how my process works in greater detail. I am going to walk you through my process, that way you can understand how everything is done. Visualizing the process will help you achieve your clients’ overall goals at a much higher level of quality.

First, I make sure to meet with each client individually. During this consultation, we will identify their needs as a brand, whether they want to scale services or strengthen their reputation. Afterwards, we prepare a marketing plan that will help them achieve what goals we recognize.

It is important to me to have a one-on-one session with the client because it helps me to understand who they are, who their target is, and how I can meet everyone’s standards in the best way possible.

Second, the account will get assigned to one person on our marketing team, who will be in charge of creating the posts and organizing the content. Remember – it’s very important to create the right content for every account, that is why it is essential that I work with content creators that help their business stand out from the rest!

Finally, we send an analytics report every month just before the 1st of the following month to each of our clients, describing everything that we have achieved and how close we are coming to the achievement of long-term goals.
