Aberdeen woman: When you’re handed lemons, make a bucket list

"I hope my efforts encourage others to follow their passions," says Morissa Schwartz, a Drew University student who lives in Aberdeen.

Morissa Schwartz, 20, of Aberdeen, is a senior English major at Drew University. When she was 12, she became ill and spent a year going from doctor to doctor before she was diagnosed with late-stage Lyme disease and underwent treatment. The illness inspired her to create her lifetime bucket list, something she sees as an ongoing challenge.
